Role summary
ER function aims to localize and implement Siemens Global HR policies and guidelines, to establish, update and improve local HR policy system and ensure those policies are in full compliant with local laws and regulations, as well as Siemens values and rules. This role provides broad expertise in consultative support in all areas of labor and employee relations, Representing group interests of Siemens Energy China to best positioning Siemens on local employment condition. Keeping close communication with local labor authorities and local Industrial relations. Bridging all the gaps that labor unions are facing and keeping company’s goals; Keeping a balance and still adhere to the policies and procedures systematically as local compliant employer.
Role responsibilities:
- Focus on updating HR policies and guidelines and documents templates, adapting to local labor law and mitigating risks.
- Design and implement process and policies on employee conditions to ensure it is legally compliant and fit with the company’s people strategy.
- Proactively identify and report on emerging industrial and labor relations issues and to prevent, minimize or resolve disputes, challenges and issues to ensure organization priorities are met.
- Build and manage awareness and competence amongst the respective leadership groups on relevant topics and strategies for industrial and labor relations.
- Forster strong relationship with the Union.
- Interact and work with team members from the Legal, Security, Public Affairs, Management Audit et. Interface with state and local authorities as needed.
- Support on working on HR related policy and process.
- Support global and local HR projects.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the ER field with solid knowledge on labor law
- Have HR related knowledge
- Familiar with Corporate values, international organizational structure and internal decision-making processes.
- Good interaction, communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree major in labor law
- Self-motivated, results-oriented
- Good in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
