This position can be based in Zagreb, Ljubljana or Belgrade

In this role you are responsible:

* Ensures consistency with overall internal policy guidelines and respective labor law regulations.
* Keeps abreast of industry and / or regional trends.

* Drives implementation of effective HR programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change), in close cooperation with respective corporate functions and centers of excellence.
* Advises management regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues.
* Drives implementation of the global people strategy and derives appropriate actions for functional HR strategy and global or regional HR levers.
* Develops global and/or regional, diverse talent pipeline taking diversity aspects into consideration.
* Ensures quality and adherence to global standards for core HR processes.

* Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
* Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs.
* Responds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
* Maintains, develops, proposes, and implements HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
* Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.

* Coordinate HR operations processes and information flow

* Manage vendor management process for HR operations

* Responsible for budgeting and contract management for HR and HR operation services

* Facilitate employee engagement surveys

* Support management in building employees competencies

* Support management in talent development and succession planning

Requirements:

University degree

Social sciences, management, economics or similar

5 years of experience on HR positions

English, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian language - fluent

German language knowledge is advantage

Computer skills
