What are my responsibilities?

• In your position you have full profit and loss responsibility for SEDL LDA Business Segment

• You are in charge of planning, organizing, directing and supervising day-to-day operations

• Further, you are responsible for production output, product quality, safety and delivery reliability

• You secure the achievement of all business KPI’s

• Moreover, you allocate resources effectively and utilize assets to produce optimal results

• You drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and optimization of all processes

• You are the People Manager of 460 headcount total (380 Siemens+ 80 Temporary employees) and 10 direct reports

• Further, you have a strong focus on EHS and Lean Management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• The basis of your success is a technical university degree with more than 10 years of professional experience

• You have proven work experience in similar positions as head of factory or head of production

• Further you have proven managerial experience

• You have already gained International experience and have intercultural sensitivity   

• Moreover, you have an adequate knowledge of business and management principles (Budgeting, strategic planning and resource allocation)

• You have a strong manufacturing background 

• In addition, you are familiar with the motor industry or similar industry segments 

• Fluent English language skills round your profile off
