Job Title: Head of Marine/Crane/Harbor Industry, Verticals Sales
Location: No preference
Reporting to General Manager of Verticals Sales, Digital Industries

What are my responsibilities? 

Mission
• Drive DI product/system portfolio into shipbuilding market by clear account approach; Use value selling approach to convince the customer to use DI Products, systems and Solutions
• Fight for No.1 position in harbor auto yard market, by aggressively growing share-of-wallet in leading main harbors in China and close cooperation with OEM partners
• Strengthen leading position in industry crane by closely working with related industrial verticals
• Continues improve of Market Transparency and continues observation of major competitors 

Areas of Responsibility
Marine 
• Full responsible to achieve the SBTA target of the assigned account accounts in shipbuilding industry  
• Dive DI portfolio by close cooperation with EPC/OEM/SI and internal partners
• Develop new business opportunity and business model with DE technology in shipping design, digital shipyard and on-board system 
• Provide market intelligence to promote product/solution/digitalization business, incl. policy definition, competitors and market trend monitoring, market events planning and organization, and investment management
• Support regional customers with the VS team experience and expertise

Crane & Harbor 
• Full responsible for the DI product/system/solution business to achieve the SBTA target of the assigned accounts in crane and harbor. 
• Develop key account approach to the leading China harbor with strong DI portfolio like autoyard, digitalization; Establish lifecycle business to enhance the customer satisfaction. 
• Strengthen key crane OEM approach, build up solid strategic partnership to increase SoW
• Build up professional account sales team both in Harbor and crane field with skill and industrial know-how 
• Establish efficient and close collaboration between the harbor and the ZPMC team; enhance Siemens influence in the Crane Eco – systems
• Close collaboration with MC BU Crane segment. Together with the OEC team, strengthen Siemens technology/project competitiveness in auto yard market
• Support regional customers with VS team experience and expertise
• Keep high quality CRM
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education and Experience 
• MBA, Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. automation, electrification or crane industry, etc.
• 10+ years account sales or large project related experience, crane or harbor business experience is preferred
• Sales or project experience in crane system business
• 5+ years leadership experience, experience of managing remote team is preferred
• Working experience related to Crane& harbor industry is preferred
