We are looking for a diligent and energetic system engineer to provide professional IT services to DTT China users and HK as based. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and provide an excellent customer experience, while building your experience within Deloitte.
 
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
The SE daily IT Services:
  • Identify problem / service request, write down / follow up ticket in system, provide remote assistance to user and solve problem remotely, or assign to relevant system engineer to follow up, handle IT Service Desk tasks, such as meeting support, walk-in cases / requests, trouble-shooting on various IT related issue, write down detail symptom, trace out root cause, cooperate with other ITS team members and so on.
  • Occasional after office hour on call standby support will be required.
  • Occasional travel between offices as required.
  • Assist in desktop, laptop operating system and application problem resolution, video conferencing facility setup;
  • Participate in desktop, laptop operating system configuration environment testing and software refresh;
  • Identify, manage, and resolve connectivity and usage issues encountered by end users on office IT facilities;
  • Occasional after office hour on call standby support will be required.

Experience / Qualification Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience as full time IT technical support
  • Knowledge in Windows 10, Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) 
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Windows Office suite;
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua);
  • A team player, self-motivated and interested on technology;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, professional service attitude is a MUST.

Technical Competencies
