Job responsibility:

1. Assist HR in recruitment: job Posting, resume screening, interview notification, interview reception, etc.; Good communication between candidates and each department manager;

2. Assist in the preparation of new arrival.such as arrange medical examination, help candidates to complete the assessment;

3. Manage employee entry and exit procedures,keep the profile;

4. Update related reports, such as attendance report, employee contact list , etc;

5. Manage employee information and maintain the information;

6. Support some administration.

Job Requirement:

• Have a full time active university semester now
• Are self-confident in English communication
• Are interested in HR processes and the different field of Human Resources
• Can communicate easily and you are not afraid of phone interviews
• Are ready to work alone if needed
