• Perform all-rounded recruitment activities including attending job fairs and mass recruitment
• Work closely with various business units to support and achieve business manpower requirement
• Responsible for the on-boarding of new joiners
• Handling of visa applications and administrative support for staff
• Handle all recruitment related administrative work, including job posting, and interview arrangement to salary proposal
• Provide services to employees’ benefits and other related human resources services
• Responsible to respond to issues and concerns of employees
• Perform other operational duties as assigned
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Support Help Desk and serve internal and external customers

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
• A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
• Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Executive, Resourcing
