Job Description
  • Provide daily operation support relating to Rewards & Planning including staff movements, contract renewal, off-boarding, work injury handling, and leave management, etc.
  • Provide support and advice to line department on HR related matters and staff issues
  • Maintain the database of the HRMS and ensure all information in personal files & HRMS is complete and accurate
  • Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Manager and ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries at HR Help Desk



  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Proactive and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills
  • Good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Executive (Rewards & Planning)
