*こちらは 日本アイ・ビー・エム中国ソリューション株式会社  略称/IGSCHのポジションです。 （IBM Global Services Japan Chugoku Solutions Company ） IGSCHは、中国地方で初めてのIBMグループの100%出資子会社として、アウトソーシング事業の運営、さまざまな業種のお客様ニーズに合わせた、ハイレベルなソリューションサービスを提供しています。 170 カ国を網羅する、IBMグループ(Globally Integrated Enterprise）の多岐にわたる技術資産を広範に活用しています。地元大手自動車メーカー様を主要なお客様として、システムの企画・開発から運用・ 保守まで一貫したアウトソーシング事業等を展開しています。 (米国、メキシコ、ロシア、欧州、中国、タイ等） 製造や販売拠点のグローバル化に伴い、海外の案件が増えています。そこで、多岐に及ぶシステムを支えるITエンジニアを大募集。 「大物案件に携わりたい」「広島に軸足を置いて活躍したい」という方へ――。今こそIBMグループの一員となり、SEとして飛躍するチャンスです！ 【適性を判断し下記の業務をお任せする予定です】 ◆プロジェクト・マネージャ プロジェクトの立ち上げから計画立案、実行、完了までの各プロセスにおいて、 スケジュール、コスト、品質などの観点で確実な管理を行うことによりプロジェクトを成功に導きます。 ◆アプリケーション開発支援エンジニア アプリケーションの開発・テストを担当します。 開発経験が豊かな方は要件定義や外部設計など上流工程への参画が可能です。 ◆インフラ環境整備エンジニア IBMメインフレームCOBOLもしくは分散系java開発環境の基盤整備、改善、保守。 IBMメインフレームもしくは分散インフラ環境（HW/SW)設計、構築、運用保守、を行います。 ＜このポジションの具体的な仕事内容＞ 大手地元自動車メーカーの製造や販売を支える最適なシステムを提供します。企画・業務設計から開発など様々な分野に携わることができます。 新規開発案件のみならず、システム導入後の運用支援や保守メンテナンスなど、お客様の業務展開に合わせ、その活躍の場はグローバルに拡がっています。

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

大規模なお客様環境でのアプリケーション設計・開発に携わった経験のある方、 成長意欲が高く、新技術へのチャレンジにわくわくする方を求めています 【是非欲しいスキル】 ◇製造業(自動車のお客様)のSCM(生産計画、調達、営業・物流)に関する業務知識 ◇会計（財務会計、管理会計）の業務知識 ◇java、COBOLなどの言語スキル 【是非欲しい経験】 ◇IBMメインフレーム環境のアプリケーション設計・開発経験 ◇大規模なお客様のアプリケーション設計・開発、または開発基盤環境の整備に携わった経験 上記、ぜひ欲しいスキルと経験のどれかに当てはまると思われる方はぜひエントリーを！
