ISV Partner Manager

Oracle is undergoing a remarkable change to become a cloud-centric business. With a significant stronghold on the Enterprises market, a huge investment in the Cloud portfolio and a swarm of ambassadors out there, Oracle is determined to become a key player in the market.

We need people who can drive this Cloud journey over the coming years and who want to help build the strong Oracle Cloud Channel within ISV/OEM ecosystem.  Do you want to be part of this journey?

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic, channel manager with excellent business development, planning and execution skills to grow Oracle Technology & Cloud Platform business with and through our strategic ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Oracle existing ISV Partnerships and create new ones
-    Engaging with C-level, actively driving Cloud Business Transformation, creating a common GTM model with business and marketing elements, building relationships and trust, and facilitate education and certification
-    Evangelize new Oracle technologies, discover new and innovative business Models of ISVs, actively influence & understand their business and educate on Oracle partner programs
-    Create new ISV partnerships leveraging Oracle’s global recruitment and enablement programs

Drive Cloud Revenue & Consumption
-    Actively track joint sales pipeline and business growth working closely with account teams
-    Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to ISV Channel partnership standards
-    Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues
-    Support ISVs in the migration process to Oracle Cloud IaaS and PaaS in technical and business transformation.
-    Create public references and success stories

Key Attributes

-    Self-driven, dedicated and dynamic individual who can complete own role independently within defined policies and procedures
-    Understand, develop and drive ISV business and GTM models
-    Experienced on Partner Acquisition, Management or Development experience in the software/technology industry
-    Affinity and interest in the Cloud (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) and its ecosystem
-    Knowledgeable on cloud offerings from competing vendors
-    Creative & thinking out of the box, coming up with new ideas and approaches
-    Excellent relationship building skills, comfortable in addressing senior executive
-    Results-oriented and able to engage in a sales cycle
-    Ability and/or willingness to work in non-routine and very complex work environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills within IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
-    Higher education in preferably either IT, Economics or Marketing
!|!Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
