The Senior Business Implementation Analyst will drive cross-functional teams to deliver reengineering IT projects. The main tasks of this individual contributor will include (but are not limited to) performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, managing relationships with our stakeholders, and supporting on the design of IT solutions that suit their needs. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be strong at communication (English) and have a natural analytical way of thinking.
It is considered a plus the experience on CRM and/or ERP implementation, as well as basic to medium understanding of core business processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), or Record to Report (RTR).
Responsibilities:
- Performing requirements analysis for approved initiatives.
- Building high-quality documentation/deliverables.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations; as well as ongoing reviews of projects updates.
- Facilitating a shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and the scope of the project.
- Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with leadership, business, and technical team members to ensure solutions meet the business needs.
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing requests by making smart decisions using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bonus points for experience implementing CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution, as well as for understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies is a nice to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish & English).
- Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers, and understand what’s being said.
- Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously by being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high quality service.
- Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business/Finance or similar.

Serve as liaison between the IT team and the Lines of Business such as Finance, Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Legal, with attention to detail to deliver quality products.
Leading the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions that are aligned with our business/corporate strategies and goals.
The Business Analyst must have the ability to gather requirements from the business, analyze their needs, design, and implement NetSuite solutions while executing a timely risk analysis to prevent business disruption. Provide updates to management regarding the backlog, informing them about potential risks and timeline delays. Facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers, and understand the customer needs as well as guarantee that the technical team has the same understanding.
Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
