The Recruiting HCM team within OAL is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of solutions for recruiting business. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to drive hiring talents and also consistent improvement for manager and candidate experience.
Essential Functions\:
· Implement and support Oracle HCM, Taleo, iRecruitment products
· Develop functions using PL/SQL, Java for Oracle ERP (HCM, iRecruitment modules)
· Implement complex cross functional solutions, integrations that are high performing and with excellent quality
· Work on other business or corporate driven priority solutions
Job Requirements\:
· Overall experience of 1 to 2 years in software coding and development
· PL/SQL, Java, Oracle ERP (HCM) functional knowledge is preferred
· Strong problem solving and technical, business analytical skills
· Graduate degree or in progress in computer science or related field.
As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process. This will involve identity and employment verification, professional references, education verification and professional qualifications and memberships (if applicable).
