The Order Management (OM) team within OAL is responsible for the design, development and implementation of
solutions for Global Order Management business functions. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle from the Order to Cash flow perspective.
Job Functions:
Working as part of the team to develop, implement and support new business applications for Order Management.
Working with product development to understand the best practice recommendations on application setups and
processes, to resolve product issues, as well as any new functionality that may be needed.
Work with Oracle business end users on providing application solutions to meet the business process needs by
implementation applications, developing application extensions, resolving production support issues.
Desired Experience:
Overall experience of 3 to 5 years in software coding and development
Experience in coding, debugging and testing using Java, Oracle Jet, SQL, PL/SQL, XML and Web services is desirable
Knowledge of Order Management (Order Management Cloud Rel 13 / E-Bizz R12 version) and other Oracle applications that deals with Quote to Order business processes is an added advantage.
Strong analysis, debugging and problem solving skills being able to work across a variety of software applications.
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Education and Certification:
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or related field.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
