Currently we are looking for IT Specialist- Deskside Support Representative.This role is responsible for dealing with software and hardware problems onside.
Main duties:
- Software and hardware repair
- OS reimage
- Applications reinstallations
- Resolving network issues
- Interlock with the account personals to ensure regular communication and status reporting is in place
- Monitoring ticketing tool and report the status
- Attending the regular status calls

- IT experience or IT related studies
- Fluent English
- Very good communication skills (both in writing and speaking)
- Good organization of work and tasks prioritization
- Willingness to learn

- Leadership skills
