Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Junior IT Specialist you will be responsible for management of IT Infrastructure activities. In this role you'll be involved as 1st level support agent at daily basis to observe the monitoring systems and react on any issues that are marked as critical. During daily tasks there will be chance to extend knowledge how to monitor, manage systems, debug and solve the problems. You'll have chance to work with experts and practice what you've learn. The 1st level specialist cooperates with 2nd level support team to ensure fast recovery of systems. At IBM you will gain technical knowledge and experience like nowhere else. Bachelor’s or Master’s DegreeCommunicative level of English
At least 6 months experience working with administration tasks on Linux or Windows
Experience working in IT environment or IT project will be plus
Interested in gaining experience in multinational organization
Self-motivated and be able to work independently
Readiness to work on shifts 24/7
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Engineer's Degree (IT)English - fluent
