The Amazon IT Support Engineer works with Amazon and Amazon service managers and other staff to maintain internal solutions and respond to employees’ technical issues.

Amazon.com is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Support Engineer to join their Global IT Team. Key Responsibilities

· Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems.
· Direct internal and external service provider engagements, as needed, in the processing of support requests for effective and timely resolution of issues.
· Pre-production acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of service and products.
· Develop and build solution from operation burden, improve the customer experience and SLA metrics.
· Participate in the development, implementation and administration of processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of solution and local services.
· Customer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
· Tackle issues that span multiple functional areas and drive your team to push for improvements that can scale across other teams, services, and platforms.
