Preferred Qualifications

 

Work with HGBU European team to provide installation of Oracle HGBU products as IFC8 , IFC8.NET  and OPI for CNE, Legacy datacenter and On-premise customers.

We are looking for an experienced interface installer with +5 years of experience on Opera environment including IFC configuration, Opera basic setup and troubleshooting.

As a Technical Implementation Consultant III, you are in charge to install HGBU products and migrate/upgrade versions.

About The Job

As part of ETT team, you will be assigned to european (mainly) and global projects for HGBU customers.

You will be continually challenged and directly contribute to the success of our Oracle Hospitality service offerings, every day, working closely with customers, products and Infrastructure partners.

We work on different configurations with multiple 3rd parties  , based on certification released for our products

We support our customers on miscellanous projects for installation/migration/upgrade of Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management software

Analysis and Troubleshooting skills complete the profile.

Fluent in French and English is mandatory.

in this role you will be required to:

-Install, migrate, upgrade IFC8/IFC.NET/OPI and TPS conducting the tests and validate the setup.

-Analyze, document solutions and implement best practices for our hotel products.

-Work with other team members for troubleshooting and provide guidance to the project manager on best planning for delivery the project.

Ideal Qualification/ Experience

-BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

-Minimum 5years of hand on experience in HGBU IFC8/IFC8.NET/OPI as consultant or property IT.

-Ability to provide senior-level technical support on solving complex issues requiring rapid resolution related to HGBU products.

-Methodical approach to troubleshooting complex problems

-Defining and documenting technical architecture of complex and highly scalable products

-Most importantly, the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
