Oracle runs its EMEA Consulting Services organization with a geographical and product (solution) focus. The Oracle HCM team (Siebel, Fusion HCM, RightNow, Big Machines, OPA, ATG, Inquira …) is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle HCM Solutions to our clients.  Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation with the client.  The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document customer business processes and requirements.
  • Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design.
  • Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements.
  • Guide customers through the configuration of HCM (Cloud) solutions.
  • Transfer product knowledge to clients to reinforce client understanding and ensure a successful transition into an operational environment (post-implementation).
  • Participate in and/or lead test planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defects resolution.
  • Engage other departments (e.g., Customer Care, Cloud Services, Development, and Sales) to address customer and product issues.
  • Work closely with other project team members (e.g., Technical Consultants, Quality Assurance Analyst) to ensure functional and technical requirements are being implemented appropriately.
  • Work closely with the sales organization on business development activities and sales cycles.
  • Identify and present Consulting Services opportunities.
  • Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to HCM strategy, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle HCM solution.
  • Recommend Oracle HCM implementation and operational best practices, while guiding clients through the adoption of your recommendations.
  • Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g., professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time
  • Be ready to become one of the HCM solution focus leaders.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience relevant to this position and a in depth understanding of Oracle HCM
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge and field experience on Human Resources processes
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships with team members and clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business in Israel
  • Presentation skills
  • Preferably holds a professional qualification
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with working with offshore locations
  • Attitude to work with an international project team of high qualified professionals.
  • Availability to work at customer’s locations in Israel.
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
