• Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
• Conduct Vessel Reconciliation & Manifest process as per process design.
• Facilitate completion of documentation process
• Handle DGD and REEF cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
• System Workflow attendance and reply within timeframe
• Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
• Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS.

• Education and Experience:

Undergraduates.

• Skills Required:

Good communication skills required.
Language: Fluent Korean speaking, verbal and writing. English reading and writing.
Must have computer experience: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ability to work under pressure,
Detail oriented; Ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design；
