Job Description
Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products.

Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals within it.

Responsible for planning and producing content for the company’s website and apps. This includes proofreading, re-structuring, and editing articles by content writers.

Responsible for planning and producing content for the company’s social media.

Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs, and create and implement a compelling content, social media marketing, and ad plan based on this.

Liaise with UI and graphic designers to come up with plans on how to enrich ad, social media, and website text with visual aids.

Plan and execute successful PR campaigns.

Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.

Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.

Become the organization’s key contact with external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

At least three years' working experience in marketing. Candidates with experience working in finance or IT are preferred.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Demonstrable experience in creating successful PR campaigns.

Demonstrable experience in successfully managing social media accounts.

Superior English writing and editing skills.

Time-management skills.

Ability to guide and motivate team members.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and how to measure ROI.
