Job Description
- Constantly develop and improve the baking process of international sour dough products
according to the season and the needs of the company, always adhere to the latest international bread baking technology, ensure the quality, taste and nutritional value of
products, and make R & D files ,complete all products SOPs, and constantly optimize product
quality and ingredients;
- Research international market trends and international benchmarking competitors to provide innovative product concepts and designs.
- Manage, train and supervise team to ensure product quality and team performance management to ensure the team work efficiency and team development.
- Coordinate with purchasing, and operation to ensure the smooth operation of product and supply chain.
- Supervise the process to ensure that products comply with standards and solve problems
and challenges in terms of products.
- Manage product costs and budgets to ensure the work efficiency.
- Conduct market research and customers feedback analysis to improve products and meet
market needs.
- Comply with the company's food safety and hygiene/cleanness standards to ensure product
compliance with regulations and standards.
