Job Description

This is an internship opportunity to join the Advanced Customer Service team in Oracle Madrid. The Internship will be a full time internship for 6 months starting in September.

Functions:

- Support ACS Business managers and operations functions with the generation, maintenance and customization of reports using internal Oracle tools and Microsoft Office tools

- Contribute to build, and maintain the ACS revenue Forecast supporting the TAM's and operational teams.

- Request & maintain up to date the mandatory documentation requested from customers to access their premises Eg. monthly proof of being up to date with Social Security payments, labor prevention courses certifications, etc.

- Create, Organize and maintain a common ACS Document repository including DCC’s, Custom exhibits, approvals, etc.

- Exceptionally, cooperate with translation of contracts and other type of documents from English to Spanish
