Job Description:

• Responsible for NAMER/LAD Back Order Planning.
• Responsible for backorder resolution.
• Closely collaborate with different stakeholders to avoid escalations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for missed KPIs and take action to fix the same to ensure KPIs are met.
• Ensure that Back Order planning related processes is executed as per agreed terms and conditions.
• Continuously work on improving the Back-Order Closure days and reduce the number of Back Orders.
• Resolve internal customer’s issue / queries on timely manner.
• Participate in the supply chain optimization projects and process improvements.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, degree in Operations/Supply chain preferred.
• 1-4 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management (preferred from Hi Tech industry) with strong hold in Backorder Management / Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning.
• Should be willing to work in shifts as per the requirement. Shift timings will be:

Shift1:             6.00 AM  to 3.00 PM Costa Rica Time.

Shift 2:            9.00 AM  to 6.00 PM Costa Rica Time.

• Should be willing to support Global Backorder Planning as and when required.
• Strong in Analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel is a must. Advanced excel with VBA and Macro- preferred.
• Self-motivator, customer focused, result driven and excellent team player with a "can do" attitude.

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree preferred.
