Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• experience as a technical leader of JAVA web applications managing teams of no less than 10 people, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in large companies
• experience working in agile environments
• fluency in interpersonal relationships
• experience in microservice architecture
• experience in team management
•   workflow assignment
•  technical reference of the team
•  technical representative of the team before the entire application ecosystem: Architects, Business Analysts, QA

        Team, IT Sponsors, Business Sponsors

• responsible for the team's performance, the quality of the deliverables and the fulfillment of agreed goals
• analytical capacity
• conflict resolution capability
• technical knowledge
• Knowledge in Javascript, JQuery, Json
• Relational databases
• Advanced SQL handling
• Desirable certification as Java Developer
• Experience in REST and SOAP services
• Experience in the use of Agiles development methodologies
