- Together with JV GM be responsible for JV business strategy and development.

- Together with JV GM be responsible for JV financial result (factory budget, cost plan and control, bidding, contract negotiation, project execution etc. in terms of financial, accounting and commercial.)

- People development (enhance team member in regards of accounting, controlling and commercial competence etc.)

- Process optimize (set up new processes and optimize the existing processes in frame work, such like HR, IT, financial relevant etc. )
