Job Description
Key Job Accountabilities

* Define, plan and implement brand communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time in consistency with the international digital, media & PR strategy together with marketing managers and all internal related parties.

* Increase the brand awareness & "love-Brand" to the target audience

* Plan and Implement in coordination with Product managers/marketing manager 360 degree product launch and brand campaign with efficient PR/digital touch points

* Develop digital communication aiming at increasing traffic to hair salons.

* Measure and report performance of all communication campaigns, and assess against goals


ROI and KPIs

* Track media coverage, Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

* Develop and manage media relations and external networks (Influencers, celebrities. Magazine editors, beauty journalists etc.) and serve as the brand’s spokesperson

* Organize PR / Brand events with good brand presentation.

* Manage brand site and take initiative for all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

* Maintain and protect the brand's reputation, anticipate and manage crisis

* Manage PR/Digital budget

* support Brand Manager and Marketing Manager related to brand communication topics
