Preferred Qualifications:

                * Senior Software Developer  / Data Analytics & Microservices

                * We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of intensive Java development experience in a Linux environment with good knowledge of Microservices and Big data architecture/technologies.

                * Location: Zapopan Jalisco MX / Remote

 

Skills required:

                * Proficient with Big data architecture and technologies like Hadoop and Spark

                * Proficient with Stream and batch processing of data

                * Proficient with messaging system such as Kafka, RabbitMQ

                * JAVA Spring Boot framework, JPA, Security, Spring Cloud, Core Java, JEE

                * Web application development using microservices architecture

                * Proficiency in Kubernetes and Containerization

                * Should be able to design and decompose a monolith application into service-based architecture

                * Working experience with UML modeling, GIT, CI-CD pipelines using Jenkins

                * Good to have: Data structures and algorithms, OS fundamentals, memory management, socket programming, caching , load balancing, API gateway

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
