Grade\: Senior Software Engineer which I believe is IC3

We are looking for a full stack developer with strong Front-end skills to join Oracle. You will be responsible for building one of our newest Web applications working with a development team based in Nottingham. You should be able to translate our customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

You will be working as part of our highly skilled Agile development team on the next generation of our successful SaaS platform for the construction industry. You’ll be closely cooperating with the other Oracle teams around the world. Your input will go towards contributing to software that is used to manage some of the highest profile construction projects in the world.

•            Very strong JavaScript / Typescript skills. Experience with client-side frameworks (Angular JS or React)

•            Proficiency with server-side JavaScript / Typescript with Node.js

•            Strong organizational and project management skills.

•            Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.

•            Excellent verbal communication skills.

•            Attention to detail.

!|!Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
