The Supply Chain Cost Management, part of Supply Chain Management, helps organizations plan and track the profitability of their products through the supply chain. The solution will help our customers create what-if product cost and profitability scenarios under different manufacture, buy, distribute scenarios. Our solution performs all the financial accounting for the all the supply chain transactions needed to buy, make, distribute, and sell products. The solution also provides analytics for tactical and strategic decisions towards better profitability.

Your Role

 

You will be responsible for building, testing, performance tuning, and deploying new features in Cost Management both to enhance existing product capabilities as well as new capabilities designed to address target markets around the world. You will work with the latest tools and technologies for building cloud applications. In this role, you will also learn about and work on the integration of Cost Management with other applications. You will also collaborate with the rest of the team in triaging and addressing business critical customer issues. You will build visualizations and reporting geared towards high performance while processing extremely high volumes of data to support real time analytics and decision making. As we integrate ML and AI capabilities for the next generation of Cost Management solutions, you will get an opportunity to be part of that exciting journey.

 

 

Skills

 

2 Years of software development experience in Java, REST, or other object-oriented technologies

Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database

Conversant with AI/ML platforms and technologies

Self-motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience working in an agile environment

Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

Remote working flexibility

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit test and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
