Job Description
Key Role: to drive growth of JD Huggies business and growth
l Be responsible for operation of JD Huggies business;
l Communicate with JD Huggies buyer and purchaser;
l Participate in the formulation of business strategy, and be able to implement the strategy through decomposition;
l Analyze the actions of both users and consumers, constantly optimize and improve products so as to increase user stickiness;
l Regularly review category updating situation including price, promotion, sales share, and assortment ;
l Make full use of JD’s tool to do CRM with the help of ISV;
l Find the insights and opportunities in business development as long as cross-category cooperation;
l Make short-term, mid-term and long-term sales development planning and strategy in order to drive sales to achieve target;
Key Accountabilities 主要职责
Management of trade spend
Effective trading term management
Personally, maintain contact with customers, promote goodwill or to provide a basis for continued or future business.
Provide feedback to sales and marketing personnel on competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance
Sales target achievement
Evaluate promotion result, effectively interpret outputs and provide robust recommendations

Key Experience

More than 2 years EC experience, JD or KA related
Functional/Business skills

Be equipped with Good communication skills and analysis skills, be able to find insight from data
