Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with relevant function leaders to develop and execute the long-term strategies, mid-term schemes and the operation plans in terms of objectives, volumes, revenue etc. to achieve the agreed sales target;
  • Establish an in-depth understanding of Key Account business strategy & operations;
  • Global Key Account Management
    • Assist National Key Account Manager on the communication and strategic alignment with KCP global & regional Key Account teams;
    • Conduct the interactions with the listed GKA local to formulate the strategy and implementations;
  • National Key Account Management
    • Explore & identify the potential business solutions based on the NKA criteria;
    • Cooperate with other KA manager to implement the local follow-up & execution for the customer whose HQ is located outside of the based region;
  • Build & maintain the customer relationships
    • Understand the business vision, goals and strategy of the customers
    • Develop a high level business relationship with the key customers;
    • Develop and facilitate an effective interface by using cross function connections in order to further strengthen the business relationship;
    • Initiate and coordinate specific customer development projects as appropriate.
  • Monitor & analyze the competitors and customers’ activities. Collect the relevant market information and take action plans in time;

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
