Typical Duties:
  • In charge of OEM customer’s sales and service activities.
  • Keep good relationship with certain levels in OEM customers
  • Develop new projects in existing OEM customers, and develop new OEM customers in the future.
  • Lead the cross-functional team inside, and organise necessary resource to meet customer’s requirement, and solve problems to exceed customer’s expectations on time.
  • Lead commercial Negotiation
  • Achieve annual sales objectives
  • Other tasks arranged by manager
  • Working conditions: Requires 25-50% travel

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • BA degree, MBA, or Masters is preferred
  • 5-7 years Sales & Marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team working spirit.
  • Independent Decision Making skill
  • Good Negotiation and influence skills
  • Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges.
  • Computer competence, financial savvy, Country Language fluency and English language fluency required
