Job Description
The job incumbent is responsible for the development of the KEY account business (retain, grow, gain) respectively in the assigned country chain or key accounts. ** He/she performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.

 Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships in MNC field and meet personal sales targets
 Monitor competitive activity in each key account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
 Execute quarterly or yearly planning review to forward to sales organization
 Retain and grow the key account business and the customer portfolio in his/her area of responsibility
 Acquire new chain / key customers in his/her area of responsibility
 Establish and build strong client relationships overtime that allow for continuity and ongoing representation
 Implement and adapt the agreement for international chain accounts according to national needs
 Participate in development of sales strategies for Key Accounts
 Responsible for the contribution margin development for MNC Key account business (e.g. implementation of price increases, product mix, service commitment to the chain)
 Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (incl. project / marketing strategy, problem solving, implementing the company’s cross-selling strategy)
 Participate in the plan process of existing and new chain accounts
 Communicate market information back to the organization
 Accomplish specific assignments from senior management
 ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
 ** Other tasks assigned by the company
