Job Description
- To manage the team daily operation through utilized resource.
- To manage the team’s performance against KPIs and take corrective action where necessary
- To develop team members to contribute to team’s optimal performance.
- To support continuous improvement of processes and create value added service.
- Project involvement and collaborate with other functions to deliver company’s strategy.
We offer
- 2+ years of related team management experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Pow-erPoint.
- Korean required in excellent listening, verbal, reading and writing.
- English required in good listening, verbal, reading and writing.
Key responsibilities
Export/Import customer service processes:
- Handle service escalation requests from internal/external customers.
- Work in coordination with country port authorities, other local country CSAs and other service departments on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.
- Continuously drive to reduce waste in the CS processes, by analysing (speaking with) data and recommending improvements to relevant parties.
- Demonstrate proactivity in identifying customer needs/ anticipating problems and go the extra mile to cement relationships, increase customer loyalty.
- Deliver satisfied customer experience
- Challenges and supports direct reports in developing and implementing Custom-er service strategy and adhering to global standards.
- Dig out potentials from direct reports and coach their personal capability to op-timize team performance.
- Create high engaged team.
- Monitor performance against established KPIs and budgets, take corrective ac-tion when necessary and exceed where possible.
- Review voice of the customer through CSAT/CSLS and strive to create experi-ences of delight.
- Ensure speedy recovery of service failures
