Formal Responsibilities

Manage, organize and instruct the color matching and lab tasks by formulating, adjusting, special testing and process controlling.

Establish colour reference standard panels by preparing and updating color reference standard panels for all products.

Confirm new products and optimize existing products market by formulating, modifying, developing products quality and applying the most appropriate technology & formulation techniques.

Develop new products to meet customer’s requirement.

Assist local lab manager to maintain and ensure HSE and 5S of the laboratory in a best status, monitor and train lab technicians to operate in correct way according to company’s HSE policy.

Support sales and technical service by maintaining close dialogue and co-operation with staff.

Support sales by organizing both internal and external testing, evaluation and preparing reports

Job Responsibilities

Develop the new products which are optimized and can meet customer requirement.

Produce competitive products and meet customer specifications in line with company's technical guideline.

Ensure that customer and sales obtain information and documents supporting Jotun business and keeps JPC as the preferred supplier.

Main Tasks

Arrange and allocate local laboratory technicians’ daily work.

Handle RTL on local bases with periodical up-date of sales on status.

Run, monitor and report long term testing.(salt spray, QUV, humidity, WOM etc)

Perform the HSE and 5S inspection regularly and make continuous improvement.

Conduct third party testing to support sales with different certificates such as RoHS, toy grade, food/water contact atc.

Organize gaining of different certificates such as Qualicoat, GSB for relevant product series based on marketing requirements.

New raw material evaluation.

Support all activities of quality assurance system in laboratory.

Support customer complain investigation.
