Native Notions Ecological Landscapes is currently hiring landscape installation crew members. Be part of a growing landscape company; working throughout the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region. We are currently hiring two landscape crewmember positions. The first position is a summer job and is flexible to accommodate students’ summer breaks. The second position is 8-9 months (weather depending), with year around employment available to motivated and committed individuals. This position will become available in mid April. Responsibilities include pruning, grading, lawn restorations, mulching, planting, aiding with hardscape installations, deliveries, and all other facets of the landscape construction field. Experience is not necessary but good work ethic is a must. The position requires heavy manual labor and the willingness to learn from others. Pay depends on experience and work ethic with starting pay ranging from $12-$16. Hard workers will be rewarded!

Minimum Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a willingness to learn from others and take direction
• Excellent communication skill and the ability to problem solve
• Work in a team environment
• Have good health with adequate strength and endurance to lift and move heavy objects. Be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, and honest
• Valid Maine driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
• Have own transportation

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
