We work on Capital Markets Domain especially in Forex (FX), Money Markets (MM) and Fixed Income (FI) and is one of the industry leading solution for the Client. We are responsible for the enhancements to the existing platform to cater to the growing business needs based on industry trends, either functionally or technically.

 

Looking for Business Analysts with Capital Markets Domain who would be responsible for gathering and analyzing the requirements, assisting developers and providing functional support throughout the project life cycle.

 

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for applying your extensive knowledge on developing code using  Java technologies in converting the business requirements to deployable code. You would be responsible for the entire development life cycle viz., development till production implementation.

 

Your Qualifications

• Any Computer Science based graduation
• 6 to 10 years in software development
• Hands-on functional experience Capital Markets Domain especially in FX, MM and FI
• Good understanding on the basics of Java programming

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the development team you will be responsible for the following –

• Requirement gathering via discussions with users, workshops, interviews and document reviews.
• Elicit business requirements and conceptualize business process and workflows.
• Analyze the business requirements, facilitate and describe solution approach.
• Assist developers / vendors to clarify and elaborate on the requirements for integrated solution.
• Review Technical specifications, test cases – ensure relevance & completeness.
• Investigate and resolve problems in collaboration with the developers and functional/business users.
• Assess, document and communicate to Stakeholders (including Vendors), the process changes, its impact and ensure they are understood and signed-off.
• Identify, manage and resolve matters escalated by vendors /stakeholders by means as required.
• Assist in business readiness by providing updates to system changes that impacts processes/controls.
• Reporting - Regular communications to program / project manager of status and raise red flags

 

Filtration criteria:

• 6 to 10 years of experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Capital Markets related Projects
• At least 3 years of experience as BA in Capital Markets – Well versed with FX, MM and FI Functionalities

 

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
