Job Description
Scope
• Lead Finance Support for EMEA Divisional Finance Team with focus on Key Accounts GTM and Compensation & as well as FP&A Support & Analysis
• Individual Contributor based in Oracle Romania, forming part of the EMEA Divisional Finance team, reporting into the EMEA GTM & Compensation Expert.
• Works closely with the wider EMEA GBF, Business Operations, Global PMO, GIC, Sales Leaders, and other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Support EMEA Key Accts teams on any GTM and Compensation related matter.
• Support EMEA Key Accts Finance and GBF Finance team in overall Key Accts business related matters.
o Cross LOB reporting incl GBU
o Cloud reporting – New & Expansion, Renewals, Contract base analysis, etc
• Drive Target setting process
o Own target setting process, look for enhancements and efficiencies to ease the process
o Work closely with Region PMO, Global PMO, GBF, Comp planning and GIC
o Own commission accrual process and follow up on Commission payment related escalations with RO OIC
o Own KAD Pool commission calculation
• Responsible for accurate reporting of Revenue, OPEX, and headcount\:
o Support accurate revenue booking and reporting
o Set up of new reporting requirements, like Cloud revenue projections or other Cloud related reporting
o Support on ad hoc analysis as required
• Support planning process (forecast, budget, long range planning) for EMEA Key Accts
o Have a complete understanding of Key acct Business and Oracle internal processes
o Liaise with Operations to support on go to market strategy implementation
o Support and drive the Budget planning process, liaise with Field Finance teams
o Ensure compliance with all forecasting/budgeting guidelines
o Drive HC & Budget planning process together with GFIC
• Work with different Oracle Finance teams to provide high quality service and improve efficiencies
• Maintain full understanding of the risks and challenges in the Key Accts Business
• Reporting following the standards as required to Corporate, EMEA, Regional finance
• Work with and ensure implementation of Global, EMEA and Regional Finance guidelines and initiatives for Key Accts
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Strong spreadsheet skill and proficiency in Oracle Financials. Strong written and oral communication skill. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Self starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired.
