Job Description
1 opening for: E Shift, 6pm – 6am, Tue/Wed/Thu nights and every other Mon or Fri night depending on business need
Purpose: Direct associates and manage work flow. Manage the daily drop, print and organize grids by priority and press. Train new employees and coach employees throughout the department. Lead the preventive maintenance of the screen tech equipment in a scheduled manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform coaching sessions on all associates to ensure they are executing best practices.
- Work with the training specialist to develop and validate training documentation.
- Training new associates how to properly execute their new job functions.
- Cross-train all associates for every job function in Screen Tech and Ink room.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly and yearly scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain a log for all maintenance that has been done to all machines in the Screen Tech/Ink room.
- Manage work flow to our production wave schedule.
- Supply artwork physically and digitally to the Screen Tech and I-Image.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Screen Print and/or Screen Tech is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Distinguish and recognize colors
- Computer proficient
- Leadership experience
