What are my responsibilities?

1. Organizing and driving the improvement project and coordinate with relevant department to solve the workflow problem on motor business.

2. Continuous improvement on safety, productivity, cost saving, value stream improvement, etc.

3. Providing support on group to achieve KPI goals.

4. Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks. Supervise and monitor EHS operation within responsible function according to national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Lean/ IE Knowledge, excellent ability, and spirit of continuous improvement.

2. Experience on project managements, familiar with basic methods and tools, can lead projects independently.

3. Experience on engineering, manufacturing, production technology of motor will be better.

4. Good English knowledge.
