Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partnersTraining Delivery:
- Deliver fundamental training courses (product, skills, license & operation) to enhance IO/IS/Bank staff's knowledge and skills to meet business requirements & standards
- Conduct sales skills/ product workshop to change the mindset, product knowledge and motivation of audiences by following current standards/ content
Training & Learning Quality:
- Apply and enhance the training & learning quality process
- Do in- class quality evaluation forms; quarterly assessment.
