Work you'll do:
To achieve the China firm's aspirations and the 2020 strategy, we need to develop our people and ensure their readiness to compete effectively in the increasingly dynamic marketplace and become the undisputed leader in professional services in China. The Deployment and Operations team in Learning & Development National is responsible for the effective deployment of leadership development curriculum and the management of learning operations.
The manager supports to the Partner-in-charge and works with a small team, he/she is expected to support the Learning & Development team to:

The Deployment and Operations team in Learning & Development National is responsible for the effective deployment of leadership development curriculum and the management of learning operations.
The manager supports to the Partner-in-charge and works with a small team, he/she is expected to support the Learning & Development team to:
- manage program deliveries including editorial and production of learning material, evaluation of program, event and logistics management
- develop and implement learning communication strategy
- manage Learning Management System
- plan, manage and monitor learning budget
- review vendor contracts and billings
- manage performance management activities and coach less experienced team members
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, training and development or related field
- More than 8 years of experience in learning deployment and operation, preferably in sizable professional services firms or MNCs
- Passionate in learning
- Excellent communication skills, both writing (English and Chinese) and verbal (English and Mandarin)
- Confident to interact with senior leaders
- Have good people skills to build trusted relationship with stakeholders across functions and regions.
- A self-starter and able to work independently
- Good team player, comfortable to work with virtual teams and willing to participate in conference calls outside of normal working hours
- Effective multi-tasker
- Strong project management skills
- Good research skills
- Organized and have good attention to details
- Good PowerPoint and excel skills
- Creative and open-minded, open to try new things
- Willing to travel
- Good facilitation skills and have facilitation experience (preferred)
