Are you interested in workplace education and enablement? Do you want to help create engaging content and play a part in transforming how we provide quality learning, support, and enablement resources for our Client Services’ teams?

We’re looking for someone that is either looking for a change in direction or the next step in their career. Someone that wants to develop their skills around learning content creation, communication and writing to help us create great internally focused content.

 

About the Role

You’ll get to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other teams to develop content and resources across a wide range of products and topics within the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU).

All content is aimed at staff to enable them to understand how to deliver, train and support our products as they relate to our customers.

You’ll be part of a small global team that focuses on business improvement activities for our Consulting and Customer Success Management teams.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing engaging and fun content that makes staff want to learn and develop.
  • Making sure content meets the stated objectives and covers the relevant criteria.
  • Ensuring content is accurate and reflective of our business goals within project plans and timeframes.
  • Ensuring content is relevant and in the correct context for the workplace, relevant roles, and products.
  • Adhering to our style guide to properly format and design all forms of content.
  • Working with the Product teams and SMEs to identify any requirements, gather feedback and ensure content is accurate and relevant.
  • Working with existing content created by others, making it easy to access and consume as well as providing advice and direction.
  • Working to a flexible schedule to co-ordinate with a globally dispersed team.

 

What you need to have

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Content creation experience
  • Ability to simplify and reduce complex and wordy content
  • Stakeholder and deadline management abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely

 

You’ll be expected to show examples of content that you have created and complete a written test.

Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategy

Responsible for the development of digital content on web and technical decisions for assigned programs. Writes summaries, blogs and abstracts of policy materials for social media, email, web and other digital channels. Research and execute best practices for planning, writing, and disseminating digital content; and for engaging audiences online. Create digital content including blogs, galleries, briefs, infographics and articles for Oracle's products and services online and print publication. Posts digital content on web and engage audiences via social media and optimal SEO practice. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Assist in the identification of the objectives for digital applications and coordinates the development of content to meet defined objectives.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Knowledge of digital design, flow and site organization. May have project lead role. 5+ years related experience. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed.
