Your new role – challenging and future oriented Providing accurate and timely legal support and consultancy in variety of legal areas (such as procurement, sales and distribution, IP, corporate, public procurement, etc.) within the Company Identification and analysis of legal risks and opportunities Monitoring and securing the application of the internal policies of the Company and their compliance with legal regulations Drafting and control of various types of agreements and other legal documents Obtaining necessary documentation for the Company’s participation in tenders and taking care of other legal documents Counselling on various types of projects, foreign trade operations and contracted collaterals Participating in development of internal procedures, circulars, decisions and guidelines Your qualifications – solid and appropriate University Degree in Law Minimum 3 years of experience in same or similar position Experience working in an international company or a law firm Fluency in English, written and verbal Advanced use of MS Office Bar Exam will be considered an advantage Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills Result and quality-oriented person with strong focus on customer An enthusiastic team-player and a quick learner Applying to join us – straightforward .
