• join our Investment Bank Legal team supporting UBS's market leading Investment Banking business in Australia/New Zealand
• partner with our colleagues to give legal and regulatory advice, including supporting a range of projects and transactions, and advising on developing areas of law and regulatory reform
• work within our supportive Legal team to develop your legal expertise in a range of product areas, including equity and debt capital markets, exchange traded markets, lending and transaction execution
• collaborate with colleagues within Legal and our businesses
• review and advise in relation to pitch documents and requests for proposals, transaction structures and work with business, external advisors and other functions on transaction documentation, management and execution issues
• provide legal and regulatory advice on regulatory developments and legal risk issues affecting UBS Investment Bank
