The opportunity:
We are looking for Life Advisory Development, Assistant who is accountable for Life Advisors (LA) development execution to  achieve the LA quantity and quality targets.

Reports to: Manager, Agency Development

Work Location: Hanoi

• Execute LA development for Region to ensure all activities meet objectives, expected outcomes
• Be creative to provide new ideas LA development activities organization, speed up LA’s capabilities and engagement
• Organize, prepare all logistics for monthly LA/Agency leader’s meeting, training and activities designed for LA/AL-LA
• Work with vendors (if any) and key stakeholders to arrange logistic of training and events to ensure efficiency of activities
• Organize recruitment events and workshop designed for PAL/AD
• Provide regular LA reports to project manager
• Propose contest ideas and follow up, track and update contest result for Sales force Conduct all kind of LA development report including: daily basic report, post-activities report, LA development reports and others as required by Zone Head/Regional Head

Job Requirement:

• Education: University graduates
• Language skills (verbal & written): Good for both Vietnamese and English
• PC skills:  Proficient in basis office software application (Microsoft Office)
• 3 years ‘s experience in life insurance

Special skills:

• Good communication, creative, inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to complete evaluations, reporting and analysis
