We are looking for Life Advisory Mentoring who will ensure all sales agents (new as well as existing) have thorough knowledge of products, sales skills and techniques to consult and provide customers with the right financial solutions .To be considered as a valuable referring resource of products (T&C) and sales skills for all sales force and sales managers (both staff and agency).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide mentoring, supporting activities for new Life Advisors (LAs) ref new training courses (on iCampus,..)

  • Provide mentoring on or/and conduct training courses and workshops for LAs

  • Provide mentoring on or/and deliver training programs for Leaders, including Life Advisor Managers (LAMs), Life Advisor Directors (LADs)

  • Conduct training, sales activities, sharing, motivations, etc.

  • Fulfill KPIs set by Company.

  • Co-operate with sales team to support agency force including LAs, LAMs & LADs in terms of training knowledge and skills.

  • Comply with Ministry of Finance and Company’s rules and guidelines in training process and procedure.

  • Self-develop to catch up with Company and Sales force’s expectations.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, major in Marketing/Finance/Economics/Pedagogy and Communication is preferable.

  • At least 2 years working experience with an international company. Experience in life insurance industry is preferable

  • Holding professional qualifications/licenses on life/health/property insurance

    LOMA/LIMRA is preferable.

  • Must be tech-savvy (well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and be familiar with digital tools)

  • Good at training/presentation/communication skills

  • Good English & MS office
