Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Graphics and Lifestyle teams
  • Update the content for the Council’s fashion website
  • Schedule team and cross departmental meetings: identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings
  • Manage the models record, booking and casting arrangements, provide on-site logistics support for the shows and events
  • Handle purchase order and expense workflows
  • Maintain and control the inventory for the teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in administrative support
  • Strong visual design skills with knowledge in HTML or software like Photoshop preferred
  • Independent, mature and reliable and with good customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS applications, including PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant personality, detail-minded and well-organized, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexible and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration and Benefits:
