Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Graphics and Lifestyle teams
- Update the content for the Council’s fashion website
- Schedule team and cross departmental meetings: identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings
- Manage the models record, booking and casting arrangements, provide on-site logistics support for the shows and events
- Handle purchase order and expense workflows
- Maintain and control the inventory for the teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in administrative support
- Strong visual design skills with knowledge in HTML or software like Photoshop preferred
- Independent, mature and reliable and with good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS applications, including PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Pleasant personality, detail-minded and well-organized, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration and Benefits:
