Main Tasks

• Managing network asset locally which includes WiFi, network switches, routers, printing services…

• Administrate and daily operation on PABX system.

• As facilitator and trainer to end users and super users when it comes to Office 365, relevant business IT solutions.

• Be assistant to global IT network team on devices physic installation and cabling. For example: Checkpoint, riverbed, global servers… In other words, be eyes and hands on-site and help global IT teams to finish the last mile at the local site.

  Local network related:

  From hardware point of view:

• WIFI network, WAPs renewal, installation and cabling to ensure proper physical layout and capacity. In terms of China, the dimension will be: Offices and factories in Shanghai, Zhang Jiagang, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Dalian, Hongkong, Beijing…. 65+ WPA

• Local network implementation for new build offices, factories and regular maintenance, expending and renew afterwards. Practical work like design the network cabling, get network switches and configuration, VoIP telephone system, computer rooms maintenance… according to global standards or best practice.

In terms of China, the following category sites will be covered.

Majors sites Shanghai, Zhang Jiagang, Qingdao, Hongkong IDC;

Second group: Guangzhou, Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin;

Third group: remote offices(Cheng Du, Wuhan…) remote warehouses.

From competence and solution operational point of view:

• Network Data traffic monitoring and optimization on LAN and domestic MPLS, at the same time to deal with daily maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Cisco routers configuration

• WIFI configuration and constantly optimization of data traffic.

• Standardized network switches configuration and structure design.

• Understand enough knowledge as agreed with global WAN about Checkpoint, Riverbed and others.

• Checkpoint and riverbed global structure

• Set up logic in the country

• Monitor the network by using reports

• Network optimization, improvement and troubleshooting coordinate with global network team.

• Domestic Cisco routers - changes should be done by global network and local IT teams.

Job Requirements:
