Job Description
We are looking for a secretary to management office (MO).
- Organize the signature process in MO according to the business requirements (15%);
- Organize incoming phone calls screen and manage MO managers' meeting agenda (15%);
- Organize meeting, visits and workshops in an effective way, facilitate the preparation and follow up relevant actions (25%);
- Organize the Board of Director Meetings which are held twice a year, including establishing and maintaining the documents, taking meeting minutes (in English and Chinese), translating documents as required by MO, such as memos, minutes, reports, presentation, etc (25%).
- Arrange travel agenda, hotel and flight booking for MO managers' domestic and international business trip (20%)
We expect you to be a talent with the experience, knowledge and skills below:
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years' working experience of admin, department/team assistant or secretary, with strong learning willingness;
- Be familiar with Microsoft office, e.g. word, excel, PPT
- Have a good communication Honest, rustworthy and accountability with a passion and self-motivation;
- A good team player
- Fluent English
